Dive deeper with our NAUI® Deep Diver Course!
Does the thought of deep diving fascinate you? If you are at least 18 and have a NAUI Advanced Scuba Diver certification or the equivalent, you can enroll in a Deep Diver course where you'll gain the knowledge and skills to plan and make enjoyable deep dives while minimizing risks of deep diving.
Although this is not a decompression techniques course, you will learn about decompression procedures including nitrogen narcosis and decompression sickness, and the use of dive computers including avoiding the need for stage decompression. Your course will also include teachings on the purpose, problems, hazards, planning, preparation, equipment, air supplies, personnel, techniques, gas management, emergency procedures, and depth limits for recreational diving. Deep diving is defined as dives made between 60 feet (18 meters) and 130 feet (40 meters).
After your exam, you qualify for the NAUI® Deep Diver certification card.
This course Includes:
- eLearning online
- One classroom session with your scuba instructor
- Two open water dives to complete certification and obtain your Deep Diver Card

For student safety and enjoyment:
- Our course size is limited to 6 students whenever possible.
- Ages 18+ with a NAUI Advanced Diver certification or equivalent are invited to attend.
- Divers must be in good physical condition to enroll.
Registration forms and waivers must be completed to participate.

Use of diving gear is not included with this course.
- If you do not have gear, your instructor will assist you in choosing the proper gear for your training and future diving adventures during your class session.
- If you'd prefer to rent gear for training dives, you may do so at a 50% discount off regular rental rates. Advanced registration for use of rental gear is required.

ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Medical forms and waivers must be completed before participation. Based on the answers you provide on your medical information form, you may be required to obtain physician approval to dive.
