COURSE DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Please note that this payment is your deposit only. Your deposit is used to claim your space in the class date you selected.

Once your deposit has been received, Dive & Glide Scuba will:

• Officially register you for your choice of class date as upcoming dates are confirmed
• Contact you with additional course information
• Assist you with any required class registration forms
• Activate your eLearning, when you course date is confirmed

Important Registration Notes:

• This is not the full course payment. This payment is your deposit only.
• The remaining balance of your course fee will be billed at a late date when your course date is confirmed.
• Class spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit has been received and processed.
• If you register outside of our normal business hours, we will finalize your registration during our next regular business day, in the order registrations are received.
• All required participant forms must be completed before class participation.
• In some cases, medical information may require physician approval before a student is allowed to participate in scuba activities.
• Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to another course, gear or service purchase, or trip booking.
• Your registration is not fully complete until your deposit has been processed and any required follow-up steps have been completed.
