At Dive & Glide Scuba, our mastery-based approach emphasizes demonstrated skills, safe habits, and real underwater confidence—not simply checking off classroom or pool hours. Our instructors provide individual guidance and opportunities for additional practice when needed.
For courses with scheduled instructor-led pool sessions, students may receive up to one additional instructor-led pool session per originally scheduled session at no extra training charge. For example, a course with three scheduled pool sessions includes up to three additional sessions if needed. After that, further practice may be arranged for the $25 pool-entry fee per three-hour session, subject to instructor and facility availability. All certification requirements must still be met.

Student discounts apply to qualifying required or recommended gear while registered or actively enrolled. Qualifying purchases earn DG Doubloons credit. Credits earned before January 1, 2027 expire June 30, 2027 if unused. Credits earned on or after January 1, 2027 expire 180 days after the date earned. Plan eligibility and terms apply.

Certification requires additional dives. Completing this classroom and pool course alone does not complete Open Water Diver certification. You must also complete the required to satisfy the open-water training requirements.
