CHARTER INFORMATION

Your payment is used to claim your space on the charter date you have selected.

Once your payment has been received, Dive & Glide Scuba will:

• Officially register you for the charter date you selected
• Contact you with additional information
• Assist you with any required charter forms

Important Registration Notes:

• Participants must be at least ten (10) years of age to participate.
• Spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you register outside of our normal business hours, we will finalize your registration during our next regular business day, in the order registrations are received.
• You must complete all required participant forms before participation.
• In some cases, medical information maybe required, and physician approval may also be necessary before you are allowed to participate in the charter event.
• You must have diving insurance to participate in this event, 
• You must have the proper diving certifications to participate in this event.
• You must have all your own diving equipment to participate in this event, including tanks and weights.
• If the charter is cancelled by Dive & Glide Scuba prior to the event date, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
• If the charter is cancelled by the charter operator prior to the event date, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
• If you want to cancel your registration for this charter event, you will receive a 100% refund if you request cancellation thirty (30) or more days prior to the charter date.
• Your cancellation 29-19 days prior to the charter date is 75% refundable; your cancellation 18-11 days prior to the charter date is 50% refundable; your cancellation 10-6 days prior to the charter date is 25% refundable, your cancellation 5-0 days prior to the charter is non-refundable.
• If the charter is cancelled the day of the event due to weather, you have the option to schedule to another charter date or receive a 100% refund.
• You must submit your cancellation in writing to:  shop@diveandglideinc.com
• Lodging is not included in the charter event price. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that if you need accommodations in Munising for this event, you make reservations at least four (4) months in advance due to summer months being prime tourist season.
