In May 2027, Dive & Glide Scuba turns 30 — and we are celebrating where tropical island life and serious diving meet.
Ramon’s Village Resort sits on Ambergris Caye in San Pedro, Belize, with palm-thatched cabanas tucked into lush tropical gardens and the Caribbean Sea just beyond the beach.
The resort is close enough to walk into San Pedro, yet once you are inside the village, it feels like its own tropical hideaway. For divers, the real magic is at the end of the dock: Ramon’s Village Divers launches directly toward the Belize Barrier Reef, only a short boat ride away.
This is not only a week of diving. It is a week to celebrate the people, friendships, classes, trips and underwater stories that have made Dive & Glide Scuba what it is since 1997.

This trip is part vacation, part family reunion.
For three decades, Dive & Glide Scuba has been built around people learning together, diving together and going places together.
Belize gives us exactly the kind of setting we wanted for this milestone: enough adventure for the divers, enough relaxation for the vacationers, and enough island atmosphere to make the week feel like a real celebration.
Breakfast is included each day and five group dinners are part of the package, giving us plenty of chances to gather, tell stories and toast the next 30 years.
And yes — non-divers are absolutely welcome. The diving is optional, which makes this one of our easiest trips for couples, friends and family members with different vacation styles.

The travel piece is easier than it looks.
Your responsibility is getting to Belize City. From there, the group package already includes the short round-trip Tropic Air flight to San Pedro and the ground transfer to Ramon’s Village Resort.

Travel requirementsPassport, airline, health and government entry requirements can change. Registered travelers will receive updated guidance before departure.
Do not book around assumptions about the Belize City → San Pedro connection. You should plan to arrive in Belize City as early in the day as possible, and send your flight information for your arrival and departure from Belize City to Dive & Glide Scuba as soon as possible.
Deposit per person. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, the $500 deposit becomes a credit-on-account for another Dive & Glide Scuba trip.

Belize trip FAQ
Do I have to be a diver to join this trip?
No. The base resort package is separate from the diving add-on, making Belize a strong option for non-diving companions too. Snorkeling, island excursions, mainland adventures, beach time, dining and relaxing are all available.
What certification level is recommended?
This trip is a good fit for certified divers comfortable with boat diving. Ramon’s Village Divers offers local reef sites suitable for a range of experience levels and can tailor local dives to diver skill level.
What does the $700 diving add-on include?
Six days of two-tank boat diving — 12 dives total — including tanks and weights.
Is Nitrox included?
Nitrox is optional and may be added for $120 for the 12-dive package. Nitrox certification is required.
Is airfare included?
Partially. Airfare from your home airport to/from Belize City (BZE) is not included.Round-trip Tropic Air flights between Belize City and San Pedro are included in the group package, along with the ground transfer between the San Pedro airport and Ramon’s Village Resort.
Can I dive the Great Blue Hole?
Blue Hole / Lighthouse Reef diving is not part of the Dive & Glide Scuba 12-dive add-on. Ramon’s Village Divers offers outer-atoll and Blue Hole trips separately, subject to current availability, minimums, operating conditions and resort pricing.
Can I rent dive gear?
Yes. Rental gear may be available through Ramon’s Village Divers or Dive & Glide Scuba, but rental gear is not included in the group package unless specifically noted on your invoice. If you arrange for your rental through Dive & Glide Scuba, you will receive a 50% discount on rental gear.
Can I stay by myself?
Yes. Single occupancy is available for an additional cost based on room type and current room availability. Call Dive & Glide Scuba for a single-occupancy quote.
Do I need travel and dive insurance?
Dive accident, trip-cancellation/interruption and travel medical coverage are not included. Review the coverage you already have and consider appropriate protection before making non-refundable travel purchases.
