ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS (Prices based on Double Occupancy, including roundtrip airfare from Belize City to San Pedro):

> Honeymoon Cabana, 1-King, $2338 per person
> Beachfront, 1-King, $2107 per person
> Seaside Deluxe, 2-Queen, $1898 per person
> Seaside Standard, 1-King, $1793 per person
> Seaside Standard, 2-Queen, $1793 per person

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAVEL AGREEMENT, UNLESS NOTED:
> Lunch
> Diving at the Blue Hole is available for purchase on-site during the trip
> Night dives are available for purchase on-site during the trip
> Nitrox is NOT INCLUDED unless the option is added (Add on price is $150 for 6-days 2-tank boat dives)
> Nitrox tanks for add on dives may be purchased on-site at the time of dives
> The resort will require upon check-in a security deposit, in the form of credit card authorization, for incidentals
> Dive gear rental is available at the resort dive center, or Dive & Glide, but is NOT INCLUDED as a part of this travel agreement
> Divemasters for hire are available but are NOT INCLUDED as a part of this travel agreement unless specifically identified on the trip invoice
> Travel and health insurance are NOT INCLUDED but are recommended. 
      We recommend Travel Insurance from DAN (Diver's Alert Network): DAN MEMBERSHIP & TRAVEL INSURANCE
      We recommend Travel Health Insurance from The Kory Agency: HEALTH INSURANCE
> Diving insurance is NOT INCLUDED but is recommended.  
      We recommend Diving Insurance from DAN (Diver's Alert Network): DAN MEMBERSHIP & DIVING INSURANCE
> Airfare to and from Belize City is NOT INCLUDED

ADDITION/REDUCTION OF DAYS, ACCOMMODATIONS, OR SERVICES:
> Changes to the Travel Agreement may be made by mutual consent and will be noted in writing

AIRFARE:
> Dive & Glide will assist travelers with flight arrangement details upon request, but flights other than Tropic Air Flights from Belize City to San Pedro are NOT INCLUDED as a part of this travel agreement unless noted on the trip invoice

FINAL PAYMENT FOR TRIP:
> Is due on or before February 15, 2027

CANCELLATION:

> 100% refundable through 12/31/2025, LESS $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT as noted above
> 50% refundable from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026
> 25% refundable from 1/1/2027 to 2/14/2027
> 100% NON-REFUNDABLE after 2/15/2027

Deposit to Reserve Space:
> $500 per person.
> DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you cancel, your deposit becomes credit-on-account for another trip, class, service, or gear purchase.

IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT MADE, DIVE AND GLIDE AND THE RESORT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELEASE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR RE-BOOKING, AT A 100% FORFEIT OF ALL TRIP FEES PAID TO DATE.
