Travel planning

Getting to Bonaire.

Airfare is not included. Travelers arrange their own flights to Bonaire, and Dive & Glide Scuba will collect flight information before departure so the resort can coordinate your included airport transfers.

Flights Fly into Bonaire

Book flights to Bonaire International Airport / Flamingo International Airport (BON). We will provide additional timing guidance as the trip approaches.

Documents Passport + Entry Requirements

Travel with a valid passport and review current Bonaire entry requirements before departure. Requirements can change, so they should be rechecked closer to travel.

Island Fees Check Current Bonaire Fees

Bonaire may require visitor entry and/or marine-park fees that are separate from your Dive & Glide Scuba trip price unless specifically listed as included.

Insurance coverage is not included in your trip price. We strongly recommend reviewing appropriate dive-accident, trip-cancellation/interruption and travel-health coverage before making non-refundable travel purchases. Also check your existing health insurance to confirm whether you have medical coverage outside the United States.

Deposits, payments & cancellation.

Your required payment amount is based on your complete selected trip package, including your room category and any diving or Nitrox options you select.

At Registration $500 Deposit Per person
By November 5, 2027 50% Paid Of your selected trip package
By February 29, 2028 Paid in Full Remaining balance due
$500 deposit policy: The per-person deposit is non-refundable as cash. If you cancel, the $500 deposit becomes credit on your Dive & Glide Scuba account toward a future Dive & Glide Scuba group trip.
Cancellation terms

Refund schedule

Cancellation percentages are based on your total selected trip package, including your room category and any diving or Nitrox options. The $500 deposit remains non-refundable as cash and becomes future Dive & Glide Scuba group-trip credit if you cancel.

Through November 5, 2027 Payments above the $500 deposit are 100% refundable.
November 6, 2027 – February 29, 2028 50% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 50% of the package price is refundable.
Beginning March 1, 2028 100% of the total selected trip package is non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. This trip becomes increasingly non-refundable as departure approaches. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the insurance coverage that is appropriate for them.

Diving is subject to weather, sea conditions, diver certification/experience and dive-operator discretion. The $500 per-person deposit is non-refundable as cash and becomes future Dive & Glide Scuba group-trip credit if the traveler cancels. Cancellation percentages are based on the traveler’s total selected trip package, including selected diving and Nitrox add-ons. Airfare, travel insurance, diving insurance, travel-health coverage, dive equipment rental, dive gratuities, government visitor or marine-park fees, and items not specifically listed as included are not included. Resort services, dive schedules, airline schedules, transportation arrangements, government requirements and passport/entry requirements may change before departure. Dive & Glide Scuba will communicate important trip updates as travel approaches.
