Your deposit reserves your space.
The $500 deposit is applied toward your trip balance. Your selected room configuration, occupancy, diving and Nitrox determine your final total. The deposit is non-refundable as cash; if you cancel, it becomes credit on your Dive & Glide Scuba account toward a future Dive & Glide Scuba group trip.

Cancellation terms
Refund schedule
Through August 5, 2027 Payments above the $500 deposit are 100% refundable. The deposit remains non-refundable as cash and becomes future Dive & Glide Scuba group-trip credit.
August 6–September 4, 2027 25% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 25% of the package price is refundable.
September 5–26, 2027 50% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 50% of the package price is refundable.
Beginning September 27, 2027 Final payment is due and 100% of the total selected trip package is non-refundable.

Important travel reminders.
Airfare is not included.
Travelers arrange their own flights to and from Roatán. Roundtrip transportation between the Roatán airport and Turquoise Bay is included for the December 4–11, 2027 group trip.
Arrival & departure Plan to arrive in Roatán on December 4 and depart on December 11, 2027. Resort airport transfers are included.
Passport requirement — current as of September 2026 U.S. citizens currently need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond arrival, with at least 1 blank page. For this trip, your passport should not expire before June 4, 2028.
Entry requirements — current as of September 2026 U.S. tourists currently do not need a visa for stays of 90 days or less. A return or onward ticket is required. Requirements can change before travel.
Diver credentials Bring your scuba certification credentials, Nitrox certification if applicable, and your diving-insurance information.
Dive gear Personal dive gear and rental equipment are not included. Dive & Glide Scuba trip participants may arrange rental gear through us at 50% of our standard rental rates.
Travel requirements can change Government, airline and entry requirements may change before departure. Dive & Glide Scuba will recheck current requirements and provide registered travelers with updated guidance before the trip.

Diving insurance, travel insurance and health/medical coverage serve different purposes. None are included in your trip price.
DAN Diving Insurance
Review dive-accident coverage for diving-related injuries and emergencies.
Check your current health insurance to confirm coverage outside the United States. If international medical coverage is limited or unavailable, consider additional travel health insurance.
Insurance coverage varies by policy. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, benefits, exclusions and international coverage of any insurance they purchase or already carry.
