Whether you are already a certified scuba diver or brand new to diving, Dive & Glide Scuba can help you find the right Avelo training option.
Choose a weekend class online, or schedule a weekday course.
Avelo courses are intentionally limited to just 2 students per class so each diver receives focused coaching, equipment time, and personal attention.
Avelo Essentials
Avelo Essentials is designed for already-certified scuba divers who want to learn how to dive the Avelo System with proper instruction, guided practice, and an Avelo-certified instructor.
Prerequisites
- Certified Open Water Diver or higher.
- Minimum age 13 (ages 13–17 with junior certification and parent/guardian consent).
- Logged dive within the previous 12 months, or completed scuba refresher course.
- Comfortable basic scuba skills and buddy procedures.
- Registration form(s), waivers, and medical form completion required before in-water training.
Class Includes
- Online Avelo learning ($200 value).
- Instructor-led Avelo orientation.
- In-water training with the Avelo System.
- Buoyancy control, descent, ascent, trim, and communication practice.
- Certification issued after successful completion.
Avelo Diver (COMING SOON!)
Avelo Diver is the beginner pathway for people who are not yet scuba certified and want to learn to dive using The Avelo System from the start.
Prerequisites
- No prior scuba certification required.
- Minimum age 13 (ages 13–17 with parent/guardian consent).
- Basic swimming skills required.
- Registration form(s), waivers, and medical form completion required before in-water training.
Class Includes
- Online Avelo learning ($225 value).
- Instructor-led training and skill development.
- In-water practice using the Avelo System.
- Buoyancy, safety, buddy skills, dive planning, and underwater communication.
- Digital certification issued after successful completion.
