Travelers arrange their own airfare to and from Roatán. Roundtrip transportation between the Roatán airport and Turquoise Bay is already included in your Dive & Glide Scuba package.

Passport & Entry Requirements — Current as of September 2026 For U.S. citizens, Honduras currently requires a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date, with at least 1 blank page. No tourist visa is required for stays of 90 days or less, and a return or onward ticket is required. Requirements can change, and Dive & Glide Scuba will recheck current requirements before departure.

Travel insurance, diving insurance and health/medical coverage serve different purposes. None are included in the trip price, so we recommend reviewing each before departure.
DAN Diving Insurance
Designed for dive-related accidents and emergencies. Review current DAN coverage options and choose the plan that is appropriate for you.
Check your current health insurance to confirm what coverage you have outside the United States. If international medical coverage is limited or not included, consider purchasing additional travel health insurance.
Insurance coverage varies by policy. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, benefits, exclusions and international coverage of any insurance they purchase or already carry.

$500 deposit policy: The per-person deposit is non-refundable as cash. If you cancel, the $500 deposit becomes credit on your Dive & Glide Scuba account toward a future Dive & Glide Scuba group trip.

Refund schedule
Cancellation percentages are based on your total selected trip package, including your selected room category, diving, Nitrox and single occupancy when applicable. Payment milestones and cancellation dates are separate.
Through August 5, 2027 Payments above the $500 deposit are 100% refundable. The deposit remains non-refundable as cash and becomes future Dive & Glide Scuba group-trip credit.
August 6–September 4, 202725% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 25% of the package price is refundable.
September 5–September 26, 202750% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 50% of the package price is refundable.
Beginning September 27, 2027Final payment is due and 100% of the total selected trip package is non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. This trip becomes increasingly non-refundable as departure approaches. Coverage varies by policy; travelers are responsible for reviewing the policy and coverage they purchase.

What is included in the $450 dive package?
Five dive days with three scheduled boat dives each day — 15 boat dives total — plus one night dive, for 16 scheduled dives. Gear storage, weights and air tanks are included.
Is single occupancy available?
Yes, subject to room availability. Hillside single occupancy adds $900; Ocean View single occupancy adds $950. Diving and Nitrox may be added separately.
Is airfare included?
No. Travelers arrange airfare to and from Roatán. Roundtrip resort transportation between the Roatán airport and Turquoise Bay is included.
What are the current passport requirements?
