The initial $500 per-person deposit is applied toward your selected trip package. It is non-refundable as cash; if you cancel during the deposit-only cancellation period, it may be retained as credit toward another qualifying Dive & Glide Scuba group trip.

January 11, 2028 Paid in Full Remaining trip balance due.
Payment milestones and cancellation penalties are separate. The amount you are required to have paid does not automatically determine how much is non-refundable. If you cancel, the refund schedule below determines the applicable non-refundable amount.

Through September 12, 2027 Payments above the original $500 per-person deposit are refundable. The original deposit remains non-refundable as cash and may be retained as qualifying future Dive & Glide Scuba group-trip credit.
September 13 – November 11, 2027 25% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 25% of the package price is refundable.
November 12 – December 11, 2027 50% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 50% of the package price is refundable.
December 12, 2027 – January 10, 2028 75% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 75% of the package price is refundable.
Beginning January 11, 2028 Final payment is due and 100% of your total selected trip package is non-refundable.

Important Little Cayman travel information.
VERY IMPORTANT — YOUR FLIGHT MUST TAKE YOU ALL THE WAY TO LITTLE CAYMAN. U.S. → Grand Cayman (GCM) → Little Cayman (LYB) Grand Cayman is normally your connection point — it is not your final destination for this trip. The typical itinerary is to fly from the United States to Grand Cayman and then connect on Cayman Airways to Little Cayman (LYB).
Your outbound travel plans must get you all the way to Little Cayman. The included resort transfer begins after you arrive on Little Cayman.

Your final airport Your final destination is Little Cayman / Edward Bodden Airfield (LYB), not Grand Cayman (GCM).
Inter-island connection Most travelers connect through Grand Cayman and continue to Little Cayman on Cayman Airways inter-island service.
Resort transfer Round-trip transportation between the Little Cayman airport and Little Cayman Beach Resort is included. Transportation from Grand Cayman is not included.
Airfare International and inter-island airfare is not included in the Dive & Glide Scuba trip price.
Passport & entry requirements Check your passport well in advance. Government entry requirements may change before March 2028, and registered travelers will receive updated guidance before departure.
Diver credentials Bring your scuba certification credentials, Nitrox certification if applicable and your dive-insurance information.
Dive gear Personal dive equipment and equipment rental are not included. Arrange any rental needs before departure.
